Daly City unveils high-tech garden

DALY CITY — Other than the fact that it’s new, the small garden just outside Serramonte Library may not draw much attention.

But the state-of-the-art landscaped area cost about $400,000 to build and is part of the city’s focus on being environmentally friendly.
