Please join Habitat for Humanity Greater San Francisco in spreading the news about the upcoming selection of new Candidate Homeowners. All interested households are invited to attend an orientation to hear about the Habitat program and to pick up an application. If our program is not for you, we encourage you to relay this information to members of the community who may be interested in becoming first-time homeowners. Thank you for helping us fulfill our mission by preparing families for successful homeownership!
* Preference will be given to those who live or work in the city to which they are applying.
* Special preference for one universally accessible home in Redwood City will be given to a bona fide
wheelchair user, and then to any person with mobility impairment.

Habitat for Humanity Greater San Francisco is selling five 2-bedroom & 3-bedroom homes in East Palo Alto, Redwood City, and Daly City this summer! Habitat for Humanity partners with working families and the community to build affordable ownership homes for first-time homeowners. Homes will be sold for no profit and with zero-interest mortgages.

Become a Homeowner in San Mateo County!
Applications are only available at orientations. Orientations are conducted in English and a translator should accompany all non-English speaking applicants. As space is limited, we ask that only one applicant per family attend the meeting.
Dates and locations for Application Turn-in Workshops will be distributed at the orientations.
